Price List - Effective December 1, 2007

·        All horses must have current negative coggins and be current on all shots and worming upon arrival

·        Horses coming from out of state should have a veterinary health certificate less than 30 days.

Stall Board: $325 per month
(Includes up to 4 hay flakes, and 2 scoops Strategy feed per day.  Anything over that, add $50 per month.)

Communal Pasture Board: $225 per month
(Includes up to 4 hay flakes per day with pasture)

Daily Communal Paddock Turn-out: add $35 per month
(Monday through Friday)

Daily Private Paddock Turn-out: add $50 per month
(Monday through Friday)

·        Any additional feed or supplements are to be provided by owners and arrangements to be made with farm manager for specific feeding and care

Gait Correction Training: $325 per month for 5 hourly workouts per week in addition to boarding costs.

Individual lessons for gait correction (this is included in monthly horse training):  $35 per hour (this can apply to groups of up to 4 riders & horses)
